We are actively seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our team of talented people to help continue our tradition of innovation and market leadership. This position works out of our facility in Woodland, WA. Come and grow with us! The Maintenance Department is responsible for the smooth operation of the production plant. How you Will Make a Positive Impact: Perform repairs and
preventive maintenance on a wide variety of CNC, mechanical and electro-mechanical machinery, equipment, and systems such as engines, electric motors, pneumatic tools, production machinery/tools, and equipment Install air lines, power drops, machinery, special attachments and parts Adjust equipment to insure efficient operation Troubleshoot and repair mechanical equipment and systems requiring the isolation of the malfunction, disassembly of equipment, and repair/replacement of defective parts, bearings, gears, and structural components, using hoists, cranes, and tools as needed Inspect for and perform preventive maintenance on equipment and facility.
Follow blueprints, drawings, and
general instructions to plan and layout assignments Perform non-certified welding and simple machining operations incidental to repair and maintenance tasks May dismantle and move machinery, heavy equipment, furniture, and materials, when changes in plant layout are required Perform work to comply with regulatory agency codes Implement continuous improvements/Lean Manufacturing with suggestions and observations R&D as requested; to include setup machining, fabrication, and installation.
