Ideally we're looking for somebody with a strong farm background, able to operate farm machinery to assist in planting, spraying, swathing, combining, seed processing, etc. as well as being able to maintain equipment/service equipment.

They are responsible for the upkeep and maintenance of irrigation equipment, farm equipment and farm machinery.
