Minimum Qualifications / Other Expectations: Education: High School diploma from an accredited institution. General education degree. Experience: 1 - 2 years of customer service experience. and Abilities: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational skills and extremely detail-oriented. Self-starter, ability to work independently.
