working with both internal as well as external resources. The position will be supporting projects across both facilities. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Responsible for EH&S compliance and management of change related to project implementation to avoid negative impact to Safety, Quality, Delivery and Cost while minimizing business interruption.

Analyzes project requirements and performs standard technical calculations, develop proposed solutions independently or with cross functional and external resources. Prepares cost estimates, Capital Appropriation Request to secure funding when applicable. Develop project plan and facilitate project updates to stakeholders. Implement project

to plan. Review and present proposed solutions, purchasing contracts with stakeholders and legal to make purchasing decisions. Support CAPEX spending process and tracking, working with Purchasing and Accounting Team Support Continuous Improvement activities, provide technical support related to training, troubleshooting, documentation to Maintenance Team post project implementation to ensure proper handoff and sustaining the performance of the project deliverables.

Support development of Engineering Standard to document best practices for future projects Support budget preparation and forecasting activities. Education and/or Experience Required Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering,

Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering or other related discipline required Minimum 3 years of Project Engineering experience in industrial environment related to facilities infrastructure (compressed air, dust collection system, drainage, sewer/septc system, etc.

), new equipment installation or facility expansion, improvement/renovation. Track record of managing multiple projects at the same time up to $1M. Organized, driven/self-starter, attention to details, excellent analytical/problem solving, follow up and communication skills with internal resources and external contractors (verbal, written, and presentation) Ability to work with other engineers as peers and/or manage other engineers as support resources as well as maintenance and external contractors, Ability to use necessary software to design/develop and manage projects effectively (Auto CAD, Microsoft Project, Microsoft Office products) Passionate in continuous improvement, lean thinking and spending time at Gemba Flexible to travel between multiple Leedo facilities and to external solution providers.

Experience Preferred Wood dust collection system knowledge (operational, technical and maintenance) Woodworking and wood finishing equipment knowledge (operational, technical and maintenance) Automation project implementation Familiarity with cabinet manufacturing environments Project Management certification Bilingual in Spanish
