Manage Quality assurance and defect management (including QA audits/reviews, issue triage and assignment, scope creep, and preparing RAG reports for all projects). Work closely with senior management to enforce strict adherence to enterprise-wide initiatives and guidelines that align with the company's strategic goals. Work with
client teams to identify areas of growth including but not limited to new Innovations, Automations, managing technical debt, and identifying ways to improve general availability for the client environments.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS: Must have a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Technology, Computer Information Systems, Computer Applications, Engineering, or related field, plus 5 years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the IT industry. Must have 5 years of experience in each of the following: Driving critical discussions and decisions on solution design, and implementation; Managing software delivery from offshore teams; Collaborating with multiple vendor teams and coordinating delivery across front end, middleware, and backend IT applications; Performing solution design for integrated environments; Utilizing C/C++, Java, SQL, or Python; Navigating Oracle ERP environments and utilizing Oracle seeded APIs, SQL, PL/SQL, XML, Unix Shell scripting, Javascript, Oracle OAF, Oracle Apex, and Oracle Forms and Reports; Utilizing code versioning tools including SVN, PVCS, Azure or GIT; and Utilizing deployment automation tools including Jenkins, HP PPM, or Azure pipelines.
