Constantly improve the team's productivity, refine agile processes, and create methods to increase efficiency. Contribute to the effort of recruiting new outstanding engineers. Train new software engineers on our best practices, standards, culture, and policies.

Perform people management tasks, including performance reviews, mentoring, and planning each direct reports' career growth. Track business impact of features on a regular basis and use that performance data to make informed decisions about possible changes or improvements to the business. Actively participate in system architecture discussions and technical design reviews to ensure the scalability, reliability, and security of

the systems. Conduct code reviews. Collaborate closely with Product Managers to meet and exceed customer needs in the simplest possible ways. Partner with product, technology, program management, and analytics stakeholders to create an aggressive but balanced roadmap.

Lead a team of engineers on initiatives like improving start time and controlling app size. Work with cross functional teams across the Organization to deliver projects, while also being deeply aware of technical nuances of core libraries and app architecture. Minimum Requirements: Masters degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Engineering, or closely related field plus three years of experience in the job offered

or a related occupation. Employer will accept a bachelors degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Engineering or closely related field plus five years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation.

Special Skill Requirements: 1. Developing and maintaining highly available, enterprise scale applications in Java/Node Js2. Hadoop / Big Data3. Real time monitoring of enterprise applications using observability tools such as Splunk/Signal FX4. Java Script5. Node Js6. JS frameworks and libraries (React, Angular or similar frameworks)7. OOPS language-based frameworks8. RESTful APIs9. Exposure to Analytics tools such as Tableau/Amplitude10.

Experience in Performance Tuning & Architecture Upgrades to existing enterprise systems Base Salary: $197,200-239,200 per annum. 40 hours per week; M-F, 9:00 a. m. to 5:00 p. m.
