the world. Reimagine What’s Possible We are seeking a Sr. Project Engineer within our West Gulf Coast PROS (Project Resources and Outage Support) team located onsite in Pasadena, TX. This position requires up to 30% domestic travel. This role reports to the Regional Project Lead.

Roles and Responsibilities: Lead assigned capital projects (standalone projects and projects within plant outages) and manage all engineering, design, and construction resources in West Gulf Coast Region Develop estimates, funding request documents, schedule, and ongoing forecasts for plant executed projects Ensure all projects receive adequate hazard and safety reviews and that all recommendations are completed

in a timely manner Ensure inherent process safety is adhered to on all project designs Provide field supervision / support during project execution Manage Project Safety Maintain projects on budget and schedule Ensure all projects meet the operability needs of the customer Gain a basic understanding of the operating plant environment, process and equipment Understand quality standards as outlined by Air Products and Chemicals, Inc.

Required Skills / Abilities: Strong organizational, planning and communication skills Strong leadership abilities Self-motivated and willingness to learn Willing to work a wide variety of scheduled days and hours, following strict fatigue management guidelines

Ability to work within and promote a teamwork philosophy Makes good use of time, completing assigned tasks in a timely manner Works professionally and harmoniously with co-workers, supervisors, management, support personnel, program participants and business area persons Utilizes positive and constructive attitude toward resolution of problems and conflicts Accepts direction, constructive feedback and supervision Education and Licensing Requirements: 3-5 years minimum experience in Manufacturing plant operations, maintenance or capital projects.
