Oracle/SQL DBA to join the Database Engineering team to sit fully remote with in US (preferably PST timezone)! This will be a part of the Database Services Organization which is a Shared Service group at a global Life Sciences company. The Sr. DBA's typical day will consist of 40% hands-on
performance tuning in Oracle/SQL, 40% working with Oracle/SQL internals, 10% database backup/recovery efforts and 10% working on AWS. This person will work closely with fellow Sr.
DBA's and Architects but will be expected to come into the role and hit the ground running.

HAL/HIDL and IPC (Android binder). Experience with MQTT and Web Sockets. Knowledge of Io T (Internet of Things). Familiarity with Z-Wave is a plus. Vo IP, Cellular, and WIFI networking. Familiarity with AWS services and libraries is a plus. Experience with scripting languages such as Python and shell scripts. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: 5 years of C++ experience. 3 years of experience developing devices with embedded Android. 2 years of Android app development using Kotlin with excellent OOP knowledge and understanding. Experience in Android framework architecture such as Connectivity, Camera, Android HAL/HIDL, and Inter process communication (Android binder).
