This position works closely with

the various departments to assist in completing tasks critical to the success of running the production. This role requires the ability to do some creative problem-solving in addition to routine tasks.

A successful candidate would continue to grow in this role and be provided training to increase their knowledge of both the company and the industry. Responsibilities: What You'll Get To Do --- Handling customer experience, scheduling, communication, and documentation completeness --- Managing multiple email requests to ensure prompt, accurate responses --- Reviewing emails and determining when and where to forward requests --- Digital and physical management of receipts, reports, invoices, and photos as directed --- Assisting with Docu Sign- generating forms, following up for completion, and filing as directed --- Effectively communicating with team members about issues or situations that arise and escalating to the appropriate party as required --- Update and follow up with customers and adjusters as directed via phone, email, and text when appropriate --- Special projects as directed by the department supervisor Qualifications: What We Expect You To Have --- MUST have previous office experience --- MUST have excellent computer experience - MS Word, Outlook, etc --- MUST have extraordinary organizational and communication skills --- Excel/Word/Google Sheets experience is a PLUS The Kind Of People We Look For --- Outgoing and engaging demeanor --- Able to listen and learn --- Motivated to bring a positive influence Other Requirements --- Willing to commute to Tualatin, OR - Local applicants only About Company: As an industry leader, we are driven to continuously improve our community through the essential work we do.
