order changes and possibly quotations. Job Duties and Responsibilities Provide required customer documents via e-mail, provided website or portal. Documents include Material Test Reports, Positive Material Identification Reports and various reports also to be maintained in the Data Book Index (Hard Copy Binder).

Manage/maintain database for each project to ensure documents are handled and stored per customer requirements. Completes supplier questionnaires and maintains current company data to complete these questionnaires. Communicate with Inside Sales, manager, or department on any outstanding non-compliant issues to resolve expeditiously. Works with customer, shipping and sales to expedite

customer orders. Communicates issues and troubleshoots when orders need clarification or correction. Provide sales with information on customer sales orders when requested.

Perform other related duties as assigned, which may include some sales functions such as order entry, order changes and quotations. Job Specifications Skills Ability to understand written/verbal instructions Ability to handle multiple items with high priority on completion Work extensively with Microsoft Office, to include but not limited to Outlook, Excel, Word and sometimes use in Adobe Education High school diploma or equivalent required. Work Experience 3+ years’ experience working in a manufacturing facility as

well as with customers and suppliers in multiple regions. Physical Requirements Prolonged periods of standing/walking.

Works frequently with average weights of ten (10) to thirty (30) pounds or continuously with lighter weights. Ability to work in cold, hot and/or dusty environment, with noisy conditions. Ability to lift up twenty-five (25) pounds independently. Powered by Jazz HR
