As a Software Engineer II working on Windows App for the Web, you will help bring Windows to the world's most ubiquitous platform: the web browser. The Web Client allows you to stream a full Windows personal computer (PC) to your browser just like you stream a Netflix movie. Qualifications: Required/Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 2+ years technical engineering experience with coding

in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, Java Script, or Python OR equivalent experience.

2+ years' experience with one or more common web language(s) such as Java Script or Type Script and one or more web application framework(s) such as React or Angular 2+ years' experience with web standards and protocols such as Hypertext Transfer Protocol (HTTP), Transmission Control Protocol/Internet Protocol (TCP/IP), and User Datagram Protocol (UDP) Preferred Qualifications Expertise in modern C++ Expertise in Emscripten and Web Assembly Expertise with authorization standards and technologies such as OAuth and Microsoft Entra Expertise with remote desktop protocols such as Remote Desktop Protocol (RDP), Independent Computing Architecture protocol (ICA) and Remote Framebuffer protocol (RFB) Software Engineering IC3 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.

S. is USD $94,300 - $182,600 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $120,900 - $198,600 per year.
