your future! This Project Engineer will lead teams in the Processor, Control and Data Group (PCDG) Integrated Product Team (IPT) for the Ground Base Air Surveillance(GBAS) Radar Submarket Segment. This role is Deputy IPT lead to the Product Line PCDG IPT lead.

The PCDG IPT scope on each program includes Systems Requirement Decomposition, SW Design & Development, HW Design & Development, and Product Sustainment. The PCDG IPT Lead will beresponsible for the following; - Executing Program IPT Scope- Contribute to and Assist the Product line (PL) IPT lead. - Accountable for technical, cost, and schedule performance of IPT work scope for assigned programs- Leads IPT in planning and execution

of IPT scope for assigned programs- Manage competing priorities within your assigned programs- Continually seeks new more cost-effective processes, and technical functionality- Interface with Manufacturing to resolve issues during the MFG process on assigned programs- Ensures IPT technical and programmatic risks are identified and managed- Monitors IPT performance for assigned programs including earned value management and technical progress measures- Provides timely and accurate resource requirements (people/skills, tools, infrastructure,) to discipline leads- Provides stakeholder performance feedback- Supports mentoring and career development team- Proactively communicates with all constituents-

Basic Qualifications: - Project Management experience- Experience Solving problems- Expereince with proposal Basis of Estimate (BOE) Development- CAM Certified with 2 years of experience (Earned Value)- Experience program Planning/Baselining (Cost & Schedule)- Experience with technical Baseline Management- Systems, Software and HW Engineering experience/knowledge- Ability to obtain an Interim Secret clearance prior to start.

US citizenship is required. -Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 9 years of professional experience; or 7 years of professional experience with a related Masters degree. Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, or Washington is $100,400 - $192,500. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full time employees: accrue 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO); receive 40 hours of Granted PTO annually for incidental absences; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of PTO per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays.

PTO is prorated based on hours worked and start date during the calendar year. This position is incentive plan eligible. Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in most major metropolitan areas in California and New York is $115,500 - $217,500.
