Participates in technology projects in support of service offerings from the Technology Management office. Collaborates with Portfolio, Programs and Project managers in the develops and maintenance of project plans and related artifacts.

Coordinates with principles on scope, duration, costs, schedules, and assists with identifying appropriate resources needed for projects. Assist management and project team with resource assignment, project monitoring, requirement gathering, process improvement, business analysis, and resource utilization reporting. This position will report to the Principal Technology Architect. Responsibilities: Participates in technology projects in support of application

development services. Supports project/program requirements gathering, time and cost estimates, project plans, schedules, and other required artifacts to manage the implementation of new technologies, capabilities, or processes.

Maintains/ensures compliance and contributes to engineering of processes followed for technical product development and support. Plans, coordinates, documents, and monitors ongoing development, improvement of approved processes, and CMMI process improvement. Demonstrates balanced, well-reasoned judgment in decision making and communication with management. Monitors, analyzes and responds to and investigates administrative issues and/or problems that arise and responds to users on problems identified.

Assist in the preparation of budget, purchases, and support rates. Consults with department management and staff as needed to provide recommendations and advice. Serves on District-level automation workgroups and acts as Department liaison to other automation initiatives. Communicates and coordinates workgroup and liaison information and tasks to management and staff. Maintains knowledge and understanding of Bank operational functions and current trends in the automation and management areas by reading professional literature and attending related seminars and conferences.

Actively contributes to the continuous improvement of processes, procedures and tools supporting project and portfolio management. Education: Associate's Degree or 2 years equivalent experience; Bachelor's preferred Experience: 2+ years Qualifications: Strong communications skills, written verbal to be able to gather requirements and documentation of process improvement Data analytics management and visualization Project Management concepts Automation practices Familiarity with Lean Agile principles and practices. Knowledge of technology platforms, like Power Apps, Service Now, and Power BI preferred Knowledge of project management methodologies - (Scrum, Agile, SAFe, Waterfall) Demonstration of advanced proficiency skills with Microsoft 0365 and its’ suite of products including Share Point.
