About this Position: - The Facilities Engineer responsibilities will include leading and coordinating work with other divisions to develop, design, provide operational control, construction oversight, and commission projects associated with establishing energy reduction/carbon neutral initiatives at AHM sites.

Responsibilities also include daily review and management of control systems which maintains and monitors building management systems (JCI-Metasys) and utility data collection (Open Blue). In this role, you will also be responsible for administrative, financial, and technical aspects of managing facility operations,

maintenance, equipment, projects, and support activities of in-house and subcontractor work.

You will supervise assigned staff, ensure operations are performed in a safe manner and manage emergency operational readiness and capability. This position represents the full and varied facilities management functions needed to operate and maintain individual facilities systems and equipment. Responsibilities include: - - - - - - Develop, design construction oversight and commission projects associated with establishing energy reduction/carbon neutral sites for AHM while maintaining quality, cost, and schedule. - - - - - - Support HVAC (JCI controls, AHU, RTU, etc.

) machine shop (mills, lathes), testing equipment (measuring, engine dyno) at AHM sites. - - - - - - Effectively develop proposals and communicate to management involving new technology for energy efficiency and daily operations of facility systems and equipment (HVAC, solar, EV Chargers, Test Equipment, etc. ) - - - - - - Effectively manage Facility controls systems and work order systems. Meet department business plans. - - - - - - Assist manager in the direction of major priorities policy direction. Ensure that facilities reflect Honda's philosophy to our customers. Develop and monitor operational and capital budgets.

Audit and verify invoices for accuracy and timeliness. - - - - - - Customer interaction (investigating/addressing concerns associated with temperature, equipment, etc. while effectively communicating status. - Who we are seeking: Required Work Experience: - - - - - - 5-8 years of applicable experience in facility services or construction management - Required Education: - - - - - - Bachelor's degree in applicable engineering field (Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial, Systems, Material Sciences, etc. ) Desired skills: - - - - - - Technical proficiency in energy management/electrical control systems, energy alternatives (solar, carbon capture, hydrogen, etc.
