Design algorithms for processing of metadata across a multitude of media types like movies, TV shows, sporting events, etc. Design and implement services using Java, leveraging infrastructure components like Kafka, Cassandra, Redis, Solr, Postgre SQL, Kubernetes, etc.
Analyze data from providers and partners using Python and Spark in order to distill insights that can improve the quality of the knowledge graph. Provide technical leadership and drive overall design and planning. Education & Experience - Bachelor's degree in CS/CE/EE or a related technical field, or equivalent industry experience. Masters degree is a plus. At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. The base pay range for this role is between $131,500 and $243,300, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
