PTO Paid holidays Responsibilities: Accurately produces contracts, reports, job work orders, sub-contractor agreements and other correspondence, sometimes of a confidential nature, on a timely basis.

Collect all documents for the contract, insurance, W9’s, state licensing Represents the business in a professional manner at all times Coordinate permitting process including prepare applications and ensure licenses are up to date Maintain files ensuring completeness of required records for active and closed projects. Follow up on executed subcontracts and purchase agreements Review weekly and monthly payables for accuracy Oversee and facilitate purchasing and issuance of subcontracts and

purchase orders. AIA Pay Applications Process and distribute PCO’s and change orders, both to subcontractor and Owner.

Support field personnel Prepare and distribute Meeting Minutes Research and solicit new vendors based on department needs, collecting all qualifications for review by the project manager. Order temporary utilities (dumpsters, port o lets, etc. ), construction site web cameras, safety/marketing signage Coordinate RFIs, submittals, and plan drawings with subcontractor and architects Maintain job information on Procore software. Work with filed personnel to track progress of ongoing jobs Work closely with owner and project managers to provide guidance, structure and support to those in the office and in the field.

Ensure completeness of all final paperwork (i. e. lien waivers, warranty documentation, etc. ) Qualifications: 4+ years ground-up multi-family construction experience along with administrate background and knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures with the construction industry. Have strong time management and organizational skills able to observe significant, multiple and simultaneous construction projects. Excellent communication, multitasking, attention to detail and able to effectively work within a project team, with minimal supervision Proficient in Microsoft Suite and Procore. Powered by Jazz HR
