Position Summary: Lead and Participate in O&M Development and Testing activities. Work closely with lines of business, infrastructure personnel, and business users to ensure that the solutions meet all business requirements.

Consult with business analyst and architects to understand, anticipate, and meet current and future business needs. Modify and configure application/systems as specified in the requirements and/or technical design document. Prepares and obtains approval of system and development documentation. Recommends changes in development, maintenance and system standards and processes.

Anticipate client concerns and questions and provide timely, professional, straight forward (non-technical) communications. Provide on call support for production systems and provide timely solutions.

Day-to-day tasks to insure systems are up and running. Respond to ad-hoc questions and intra-departmental communications. Supports bug fixes, patches, minor enhancements, and service request. PG&E is providing the salary range that the company in good faith believes it might pay for this position at the time of the job posting. This compensation range is specific to the locality of the job. The actual salary paid to an individual will be based on multiple factors, including, but not limited

to, specific skills, education, licenses or certifications, experience, market value, geographic location, and internal equity.

We would not anticipate that the individual hired into this role would land at or near the top half of the range described below, but the decision will be dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable salary range is: Bay Area Minimum: $122,000.00 Bay Area Maximum: $194,000.00 &/OR California Minimum: $116,000.00 California Maximum: $184,000.00 This position is hybrid, working from your remote office and your assigned work location based on business need. The assigned work location will be within the PG&E Service Territory.

Responsibilities: Lead and Participate in O&M Development and Testing activities of Openlink Endur application Oversee the Change Management Process of the Openlink Endur application Work with Business stakeholders and O&M Team in prioritizing work Work with multiple lines of Business including Natural Gas, Electricity physical, transmission, and financial (standard products) Qualifications: Minimum: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT or related field 7+ years of IT experience in a development environment 5+ years of experience in Openlink Endur development and support 3+ years of experience developing Openlink Endur customization using.

NET or Java Proven knowledge with programming principals to enhance system performance Multiple programming languages experience Desired: Excellent communication skills Detail oriented with effective time management skills, strong analytical and problem-solving skills Able to take the lead role in the application support team in coordinating team activities and ensure successful completion of support tasks Utility experience ETRM domain experience Good understanding of the energy / commodity industry end-to-end for Natural Gas and Power Experience with customization and support with Openlink Endur product Experience using strong business and problem-solving skills to design and develop customization and integration solutions Experience in both physical and financial trading environments a plus Oracle PL/SQL experience is a plus Good understanding of Services Manager, ICE Gateway, Scheduling and Operations, Settlements and Accounting as well as Trade Capture
