" WHAT WE CAN ACHIEVE TOGETHERThe Reforestation Project Coordinator will be a member of our Minnesota, North Dakota and South Dakota Chapter's Forest Strategy and Stewardship Team. They will work on an initiative called Minnesota Million (MM) - a vision to reforest
large swaths of Minnesota through collaboration with a broad and inclusive group of coalition partners.
This initiative includes a new dedicated effort to increase and improve the quality of tree seeds and seedlings available in Minnesota. The Coordinator will assist with administration of a newly-awarded $5M USDA Partnerships for Climate Smart Commodities grant (" Climate Smart Seedling Production Network" ) designed to promote higher quality tree seed collection and tree stock production in the state of MN. The Coordinator will be critical in the launch of this new program. The Coordinator will be supervised by the Reforestation Strategy Manager, and will work across internal teams and a diverse group of coalition partners.
