They rapidly deliver world class software solutions to T-Mobile business customers both internal and external. They build short and long term technical strategy in partnership with internal technology and product partners and work very closely with IT partner teams working on multiple projects. Job Responsibilities: Effectively manages team to achieve results by providing appropriate direction,

timely developmental feedback and coaching, and conducting performance reviews and conversations. They monitor and measure work tasks to ensure deliverables are provided on time and within budget.

Drives continuous development practice improvements across technical disciplines (e. g. team structure, roles, processes, tooling, security & compliance). Manages technical relationships with assigned vendors, including driving features and function requests for inclusion in future product releases. Interviews and hires qualified team members, striving to improve T-Mobile bench strength and augmenting product or project teams with contract staff when required. Education: Bachelor's Degree Computer

Science or in a computer programming related field. (Required) Work Experience:4-7 years Experience in an Analytics and Business Intelligence development environment.

(Required) Less than 2 years Experience in managing or supervising a team of 15 developers or more. The successful candidate's actual pay will be based on various factors, such asworklocation, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay may be above or belowthis range. o At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus orperiodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role.

Most Corporate employees areeligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and whichis set at a percentage of the employee's eligible earnings in the prior year. Certainpositions in Customer Care are eligible for monthly bonuses based on individual and/orteam performance, while Retail and Business Sales roles are eligible for monthly orquarterly sales incentives.
