As a Production Software Engineer for Oracle Health, your role is to provide client-facing technical investigation and issue resolution for your assigned software products.

You will be responsible for analyzing client-reported technical issues within a large, mature code base in collaboration with other Production Software Engineers, our aligned Technical Solution Analyst team, IP development engineers, the Product Management team, and client stakeholders. The ideal candidate has

experience troubleshooting and debugging software applications in Java or C#, is comfortable navigating Linux servers through the command line, and has basic familiarity with SQL databases.

Experience using Eclipse, Microsoft Visual Studio and Splunk is strongly preferred, especially in the context of client-facing technical support. Required Qualifications/Skills Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Information Systems, Information Systems, Information Technology or related field, or equivalent, relevant work experience This role requires obtaining a Public Trust clearance to support US Federal Government clients.
