As a Production Software Engineer for Oracle Health, your role is to provide client-facing technical investigation and issue resolution for your assigned software products.
You will be responsible for analyzing client-reported technical issues within a large, mature code base in collaboration with other Production Software Engineers, our aligned Technical Solution Analyst team, IP development engineers, the Product Management team, and client stakeholders.
