Wells Fargo Bank N. A. seeks a Software Engineer in San Leandro, CA. Job Role and Responsibility : Wells Fargo Bank, N. A. Digital Innovation Technology Group is hiring Software Engineers to work on an Agile and collaborative environment with Business users and other technology partners.

Utilize hands on programming, unit testing and building high quality code that is manageable, reliable and maintainable. Work with Product Owners, Application Architects and business functional leaders to design and implement business solution using J2EE design patterns, technology tools and best practices.

Actively Practice Test Driven Development (TDD) and Behavior Driven Development (BDD) while developing new features and refactoring existing code. Contribute to Dev Ops, Test Automation and automated build and deployments. Participate in code reviews, design reviews and refactoring discussions with multiple domain and delivery teams to ensure high quality deliverable, aligned with

standards and best practices. Work in an Agile Scrum methodology environment and work as part of the team that follows the methodology, participates in daily stand-up meets, User story analysis, scoring, backlog grooming, and develop code with good quality, follow secure coding practices, championing continuous improvements.

Identify important emerging technologies and leads in analysis of their benefits and impact. Travel required: None. Required Qualifications : This position requires a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering, or related technical field plus seven (7) years of experience in the job offered or in a related position involving application development and implementation experience.

Specific skills required: 3 years Actimize Platform with hands on development experience in AIS and RCM; Experience designing, developing and testing the Actimize platform components like web service interface, AIS (Actimize Intelligent Server), RCM (Risk Case Manager), CDS, DART and database changes; Experience in configuring and performance tuning Actimize deployments in a high volume, high availability environment; Knowledge of relational databases and SQL programming; Experience with all facets of SDLC - ranging from inception to deployment; and Experience with deploying and supporting large scale Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) implementations.
