As a member of the Technical Production/Implementation/Operations team, will be responsible for Incident/Change Management and expected to identify, analyze, and resolve engineering, business, and other data processing problems for Application to electronic data processing systems under limited supervision.

Familiar with Oracle's client's business, projects, environments, and Oracle Infrastructure, leverages his technical and business expertise to drive customer needs within Oracle Operations, thereby increasing customer satisfaction. Suggests a variety of technical

resolutions and assists in solving technical problems. Uses in-depth knowledge of Oracle Database and Oracle Applications Architecture, Maintains, and interacts with clients, partners, and CSS Cloud teams.

Utilizes knowledge in e Business suite Administration and Performance background and extensive client facing experience to resolve complex data processing problems. Should be knowledgeable and hands on with respect to Oracle e Business Applications (R 12.2. x/12.1. x) and Oracle database (R 12c/19c), configuration changes, performance tuning and troubleshooting, Applications Security, Application Server Administration, Concurrent Manager, Oracle Applications and Oracle Database Patching

and fixes, Oracle Applications Upgrade, and Oracle Database Administrations and other technical requirements for third party products and system integrations.

Supports Oracle e Business Applications Refresh/Cloning of environments and help resolve refresh related issues. Creates and updates best practices and procedures in the customer's operations guide. Evaluate and analyze customer environments by backssing the system health, reviewing SRs, following up with respective queues (both in Support and MCS) on the progress of the SRs, communication with end customer on the status and adjusting the priorities based on the issues impacting the customer's ability to conduct business.

Review and verify tickets to ensure the contents clearly meet the customer's needs and are completed as scheduled. Prepares regular reports to reflect the customer's major concerns and improvements. Responsible for knowing customer's key projects, critical milestones, and recurring business needs. Recommend changes to development, maintenance, and system standards. He/she should be able to perform their assigned duties with a great degree of independence requiring minimal direction. The Engineer is expected to be a key member of the technical problem solving as well as problem avoidance team, routinely sought after to address extremely complex, critical customer issues.

This position is professional in nature and scope and requires, at a minimum, a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Management Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent.
