This position will be located at our Aeronautics Systems sector in San Diego, CA or El Segundo, CA. The qualified candidate will become part of the AS Sector Business Management

Technology Organization. This candidate will participate in the design, development, deployment, and maintenance of applications and utilities in support of the Cost and Schedule Management (CSM) and/or Financial Planning, Reporting & Analysis (FPRA) teams.

The selected candidate will be expected to perform the following job responsibilities: Engage with internal customers to understand and define application/utility needs and requirements Participate constructively in a collaborative work environment with other development team members Support the design, build, test, analysis and documentation of new and existing enterprise-wide applications and utilities The ideal candidate would have

the following qualities: Knowledge of software programming concepts (algorithm development, data structures) Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and Power Point) Demonstrated ability to work effectively on project teams through either internship experience or college team projects Self-motivated, organized, possess strong interpersonal, analytical, communication and presentation skills Ability to interact effectively with a variety of management/leadership levels Basic Qualifications Be completing or has completed their Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.

Be majoring in or having majored in Computer Information Systems, Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or similar major.

Final approved U. S. Government security clearance (U. S. citizenship is a pre-requisite) as well as Program Special Access may be required to start. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree concentration in Management or Computer Information Systems (MIS or CIS) Have an overall cumulative GPA of 3.25/4.0 or higher. Previous internship/co-op experience, leadership & teamwork capabilities, interpersonal communication skills, and activities (professional/community/extracurricular) Familiarity with relational databases and Structured Query Language (SQL) Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JS,NET, MS Project Server, Share Point Familiarity with Visual Basic and/or Visual Basic for Applications Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, or similar data visualization software Familiarity with Agile development cycle/concepts Pay Range Associate Software Development Analyst: $72,100.00 - $108,100.00 Campusjobs Salary Range: $72,100 - $108,100The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.

Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
