We are seeking an accomplished Principal Software Engineer to lead the development of our innovative Payment Platform. The ideal candidate will possess substantial experience in software engineering and demonstrate domain expertise in databases and/or payment systems. This team is primarily involved in the design of various project types within the Veterans Affairs Medical Center systems throughout the western United States. The position collaborates with all other design discipline staff and will assist senior Electrical Engineers with various design tasks. Desired Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in the electrical engineering field required; power

emphasis preferred. 0-2 years of engineering design experience. Engineer-in-Training (EIT) or Engineering Intern (EI) certificate is preferred. Knowledge and experience including software such as Auto CAD and REVIT are preferred.

Responsible for designing the following types of electrical systems: MV and LV electrical power systems, standby power and UPS power systems, lighting and control systems, telecommunications systems, fire alarm systems, nurse call systems and lightning protection.
