Responsibilities: Provide project coordination efforts that will include support to our Clients with live updates in Company online trackers, and Client platforms such as PRISM, 3GIS, Tableau, Varasset, Bidmaster, or similar Client reporting portals, daily. Attend all in-person and virtual meeting requests with Customers including site
surveys resulting in assisting the Project Management Team in creation of design plans, required material summaries and detailed cost estimates. Align communications and reporting with field inspectors, Customer Agents, City Staff / Regulatory Agency Representatives.
Assist with Project Coordination and Material Logistics Management. Collection and documentation of construction ride-out information and organize into a presentable format for ultimate delivery to the Customer in a timely manner as needed for project closeouts and to meet each specific Client required deliverable. Creation and continual update of Construction and Splicing Redlines including remediation with field crews
as needed for billing. Collection, translation, and processing of daily field production report submittals from Construction Supervisors and subcontractors, organizing and simplifying these activities into contract billing units and reporting these to the Project Management Team.
Analyze construction prints and photos for accuracy and incorporate final redlined asbuilt data into detailed reports, documents, and custom maps that may including taking remediation photos at active construction sites as required for final billing packages. Qualifications: Experience with Client platforms including PRISM, 3GIS, Tableau, Varasset, or similar Client reporting portals as needed to start, track and successfully complete and assist with invoicing of each project.
Construction Management degree or relevant work experience in a similar role with required skills may suffice. Self-motivated, self-directed with excellent organizational and time management skills that must include the ability to multi-task and thrive under pressure in a fast-paced work environment in a multitude of settings that include both the office and the job site. Thorough knowledge and understanding of Telecom Planning Design, Engineering, Permitting, Construction and Splicing of projects including the ability to review and edit construction plans as needed to forecast materials as deemed necessary for each project.
Advanced Microsoft Office skills with the ability to perform in-depth analysis with many different types of data and reporting within Excel, Smart Sheets, Power Point, Bluebeam, Adobe, PRISM, 3GIS, Tableau, Varasset, Bidmaster, etc. as needed for each Client. Work Environment: Multitude of combined environments that include, but are not limited to, standard Work Office, Client Space, Field Trips, Active Construction Sites, Permit Agencies, etc.

Employees on sales plans earn performance-based incentive pay on top of their base salary, which is split between quota and non-quota components. Once performance exceeds 100% quota attainment, incentive rates may increase up to five times the standard rate with no cap on incentive compensation. For non-quota-based sales performance elements such as strategic sales objectives, Cisco may pay up to 125% of target. Cisco sales plans do not have a minimum threshold of performance for sales incentive compensation to be paid.
