This role is responsible forthetransportation andlogisticsoftheorganicrawmilk, cream, skimand NFDM into manufacturing facilities. This is a hybrid or remote position with a preference to be based in Broomfield, CO. In this role, you will be responsible for: Oversee and manage IT support for Cash & Financial Operations, including Accounting and AR/AP, Enterprise Data Management, Enterprise Performance
Management, and Financial Planning, BI Reporting & Analysis. Assist in standing up and development future IT organization landscape, structure, and strategy. Serve as the primary point of contact for the organization's financial and data management software, including SAP FI/CO, Informatica, Azure Services, Snowflake, High Radius, Power BI, Essbase, Tagetik.
Ensure seamless integration of financial and data management systems, implementing and monitoring data management policies and practices. Collaborate with the IT and financial teams to develop and maintain the organization's financial and data management software, recommending upgrades and modifications as needed. Develop, implement,
and maintain IT operations procedures and documentation specific to financial and data management functions.
Coordinate with the Operations team to resolve escalated issues related to financial and data management systems. Train and support key users on financial and data management software and processes. Monitor system performance and ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with IT and financial regulations and standards. Collaborate with IT project teams to backss, plan, and implement system upgrades and modifications, ensuring minimal disruption to financial operations and data management. Vendor selection (RFP) and manage relationships with IT vendors, contractors, and service providers related to financial and BI systems.
This Position falls under Danone's strategic portfolio review, which includes the potential sale of the Horizon Organic and Wallaby brands. An employee who accepts this role agrees to transition to a new employer in the event of a sale. The base compensation range for this position is $125,000-$145,000 commensurate with experience. There is also an exciting Success Bonus opportunity related to this role. About you About You: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Finance, or a related field with 10+ years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination.
Professional certifications in IT, BI or finance, as appropriate. Expertise in FI/CO processes, knowledge of informatica Cloud, Azure, Snowflake, High Radius, Power BI, Essbase. Strong knowledge of financial operations, enterprise data management, enterprise performance management, and financial planning, BI reporting, and analysis processes. People Management and building up a successful team. Excellent written and verbal communications skills to communicate and present to the leadership team and across the organization. Project management experience and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Familiarity with IT security, data management, and financial regulations and standards. Having prior experience in creating a FI/BI system landscape from the ground up is a valuable advantage.
