Job Details The Project Engineer - Transportation/Public Works will assist the Project Managers and utilize

their expertise to contribute to the planning and design activities with the delivery of multiple projects for public agency and private clients while working in a team-oriented setting and interacting with clients on transportation and public works projects.

Under limited supervision, you will provide support to the project team for all necessary design services, direction, coordination, and follow-up on the work duties assigned to ensure high quality deliverables are prepared, efficiency levels are maintained, and client satisfaction exceeded. Education/Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline Professional Engineer (PE) license in the State of California 8+ years of experience with skills to navigate multi-disciplined engineering projects Working knowledge in roadway design software utilizing Auto CAD Civil 3D Strong technical knowledge with proven experience in preparing technical reports, designs, specifications, and computations Current knowledge of local public agency codes, design standards and procedures, processes, requirements, regulatory compliance and agency coordinationPreferred Qualifications: Micro Station and In Roads knowledge ENV SP preferred (or can obtain within 2 years of hire)Interested in hearing more?
