This role requires a understanding of data integration methodologies, tools, and best practices, as well as technical, analytical, and communication skills. The Data Integration Engineer will work closely with cross-functional teams, including data architects, data analysts, and business stakeholders, to ensure data integrated accurately and efficiently, while maintaining data quality and integrity.

Key Responsibilities: Define and implement data integration strategies, processes, and standards to support the organization's data management objectives. Design, develop, and maintain data integration solutions, including ETL (Extract, Transform,

Load) processes, data pipelines, and APIs, using various data integration tools and programming languages. Collaborate with data architects and analysts to understand data requirements, data models, and data mappings, and to ensure data integration solutions meet business needs.

Perform data profiling, cleansing, and transformation to ensure data quality and integrity during the integration process. Monitor and optimize data integration performance, troubleshoot, and resolve data integration issues. Evaluate and recommend new data integration tools, technologies, and best practices to improve data integration efficiency and effectiveness. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including

IT, business stakeholders, and data governance teams, to ensure data integration solutions align with enterprise architecture and data governance policies.

Develop and maintain documentation for data integration processes, including data flow diagrams, data dictionaries, and technical specifications. Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in data integration and data management. Qualifications : Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field. Hands-on experience in data integration, ETL processes, and data warehousing. Knowledge of data integration tools and technologies, such as Informatica, Mule Soft, SSIS.

Integration and data migration experience with Salesforce application is preferable. Proficiency in programming languages, such as SQL, Python, or XML. Proficiency in Databases like SQL Server and other cloud databases like snowflake, Red Shift are preferred. Familiarity with data modeling, data quality, and data governance concepts and best practices.
