Product Development Division (PDD) of the Information Technology Branch (ITB). The Information (IT) Technology Specialist II works as Lead Architect in EDD's Product Development Division (PDD) to plan and strategize for technical projects in support of the Unemployment Insurance Online (UIO) application.

Desirable Qualifications In addition to evaluating each candidate's relative ability, as demonstrated by quality and breadth of experience, the following factors will provide the basis for competitively evaluating each candidate: Working knowledge of Salesforce and/or Salesforce Administration.
