of experience in vehicle estimating or similar insurance industry knowledge Experience with an Electronic Estimating System (i. e. Qualifications: 5+ years of Implementation, Onboarding, or similar Services experience 2+ years experience building, managing, and scaling Onboarding or Implementation teams and processes in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, preferably in Saa S and/or Construction tech Proven ability to create structure in ambiguous situations, design and document effective processes Experience defining KPIs & success criteria, and driving initiatives that improve customer onboarding and the customer journey Experience working with a multi-geographical team preferred
Bachelor's degree in business or sciences and/or 3-5 years of SAAS Sales leadership experience Prior experience in the restaurant industry, supplier, employee or consultant preferred Ability to lead and motivate the sales account management team to achieve targets and objectives
