Required Qualifications: 8+ years of experience as a Project Manager working on Fund Apps and/or regulatory reporting projects Experience in regulatory projects in the financial services sector, preferably pension funds Experience in implementing rules engines, particularly Fund Apps Experience in regulatory reporting projects, specifically 13 D/F/G, SEC 105, and ESMA reporting Excellent communication and presentation skills
and energy conservation Required qualifications, training, and education: University Degree in science, engineering, math, or related fields Proficiency in MS Excel, Access, and SQL for data analysis and reporting Experience with HVAC and building energy systems Knowledge of sustainability certification and benchmarking tools Ability to communicate effectively and support energy and sustainability goals
