Key Responsibilities: ---Develop and implement a sales plan that aligns with Qualicare's overall business strategy and sales goals.

---Identify and target potential referral sources, including hospitals, rehabilitation centers, assisted living facilities, and physician offices. ---Build relationships with key decision-makers at targeted referral sources, including social workers, discharge planners, and case managers. ---Promote Qualicare's services to referral sources and potential clients through in-person visits,

phone calls, and email communication. ---Conduct presentations to referral sources and potential clients to educate them on Qualicare's services and the benefits of working with Qualicare Home Care agency.

---Monitor and report on sales performance and adjust sales strategies as needed to meet or exceed sales goals. ---Collaborate with Qualicare's marketing team to develop sales materials and promotional campaigns. ---Attend networking events and industry conferences to build relationships with potential referral sources and stay up-to-date on industry trends. ---Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and client interactions in Qualicare's (CRM) system, Hubspot.

Qualifications: ---Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred.

---Minimum of 2-3 years of sales experience in the home care, healthcare, or related industry. ---Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals. ---Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to build relationships and influence decision-makers. ---Strong presentation skills, including the ability to present information in a clear and compelling manner. ---Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. ---Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems. ---Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Physical Demands: The Home Care Sales Representative may be required to stand, walk, sit, use hands to finger, handle, or feel, reach with hands and arms, climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl, talk or hear, and lift up to 25 pounds. The position may also require frequent driving and travel within the assigned sales territory. Working Conditions: The Home Care Sales Representative may work in an office setting or in the field, visiting referral sources and potential clients. The position may require flexible working hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate referral source schedules and attend networking events and conferences.
