Required Qualifications: 3+ years of experience delivering and consulting within Agile development teams Experience with maintaining cyber policies, regulations, and compliance documents Experience with writing technical documentation, including requirements, user stories, help documentation, and job aids Knowledge of Cybersecurity operations, federal compliance standards, FISMA, and NIST 800 series Bachelor's Degree in Operations Research, Mathematics, Computer Science, Cost Accounting or related scientific or technical discipline and 5 years of relevant experience or a total of 13 years in lieu of education
to meet business goals and introduce tools for greater automation and operability of platform services Required Qualifications: BS/CS, MS/CS or equivalent 3+ years of experience building robust services at scale Strong foundation in algorithms and data structures Experience with distributed systems, databases, and streaming frameworks Experience with backend systems and software engineering
Minimum 1 year of customer service experience Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred Flexible schedule, including availability on nights and weekends Positive attitude, ability to work independently and in a team Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and web-based applications
Bachelor's degree or technical degree preferred; equivalent experience considered 3-5+ years' technical and channel routing background supporting high volume, multi-site Contact Centers preferred Experience with Genesys Cloud Platform Experience Journey mapping the member/customer/front line experience Strong understanding of deeper level system capabilities related to integrations, third party add-ins, and technical infrastructure architecture
