School Diploma or GED At least 6 months of experience in a clinical facility or government agency Experience in a role that requires patient interaction Experience with multiple databases and ability to handle sensitive information Ability to meet performance metrics and type at least 40 WPM
system Notify appropriate technical personnel regarding both new losses and technical inquiries Required Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent required; 2-year degree or higher preferred Bilingual abilities (Spanish), including translation, are a plus 2+ years of customer service experience preferred Advanced/accurate typing skills Advanced knowledge of various computer software applications in word processing, spreadsheets, database, and presentation software (Microsoft Office platform)
