Requirements: College degree required; MBA a plus and 6+ years of experience in Product/Trade/Category Marketing experience

Extensive experience implementing category strategy, preferably in e Commerce. Knowledge and passion for direct-to-consumer e Commerce business practices and operations. Digital UI/UX enhancements experience a plus. Ability to facilitate cross-functional teams and navigate matrixed organizations. Strong analytical, data-driven problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Ability to work under pressure and deadlines. In addition, one must be able to manage multiple projects and often competing priorities. Entrepreneurial spirit and excellent communication skills (verbal and written) Experience with Tableau and Confluence is a plus.
