Summer Associate Program Overview: The Truist Securities Summer Associate Program will run for approximately 10 weeks

in the summer months. The Summer Associate Program will consist of: Activities: Networking socials, case studies and presentations, team-building projects Executive Speaker Series: CEO, Truist Securities Senior Leaders, among others Community Service: Opportunities to participate in various volunteer initiatives are provided and involvement is strongly encouraged The opportunity to interact with other groups and disciplines throughout the investment bank Competitive Summer Associates will be eligible to receive an offer to return in full-time positions as part of our Associate program upon graduation.

Job Description : The Summer Associate program provides the opportunity to gain exposure to a number of disciplines within investment banking.

Summer Associates will sharpen financial analysis skills, develop an understanding of corporate markets and clients, and gain experience in corporate finance and with investment banking products through on-the-job training. Within each group, Summer Associates play a meaningful role in supporting internal and external clients. As an integral member of the team, Associates play a meaningful role in new business development, due diligence, and transaction execution. Associates work with senior professionals to identify and evaluate opportunities and then meet with and present to prospective clients.

Associates must demonstrate a mastery of financial and accounting concepts to facilitate the creation or review of in-depth financial models involved in transactions. Associates are also charged with drafting internal and external documents and marketing materials utilized in transactions. Associates often take a lead role in executing transactions and working with clients, attorneys, investors, interested parties and other senior professionals on a daily basis. As a result, strong organizational, communication and leadership skills are necessary to be effective in the position.

Candidates who receive a general Investment Banking Summer Associate offer could be placed within one of the following groups: Truist Securities Industry Coverage: Consumer & Retail Energy Financial Institutions Healthcare Life Sciences Industrials & Services Technology Truist Securities Product Groups: Leveraged Finance The annual base salary for this position is $175,000. Location : Truist Securities is headquartered in Atlanta, GA, with offices throughout the U. S. in cities including Boston, Charlotte, Chicago, Dallas, Houston, Los Angeles, Miami, Nashville, Orlando, New York, San Francisco, and Washington D.

C. The majority of Summer Associates will be placed in Atlanta, New York, Charlotte, Houston or Chicago. Minimum Requirements : MBA from a leading program with a scheduled graduation of December 2024 - May 2025. Minimum of 3 years work experience required Ability to understand complex financial products and desire for significant transaction execution responsibility Proven analytical ability and attention to detail Solid leadership and interpersonal skills Superior written and oral communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Preferred Requirements : Concentration in Finance Previous background in financial services and/or experience as an Analyst In compliance with law, Truist will consider any candidate with an unrestricted work authorization at the time of hire.
