May assist Head Teller in training, vault maintenance, scheduling, branch opening and closing and ATM servicing. Acts in Customer Service Representative (CSR) support capacity as required. Completes logs and forms utilized for Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) compliance, such as Currency Transaction Reports, suspicious activity reporting forms, monetary instrument sales logs and logs for transactions of $3000
or more. Completes funds availability hold notices in accordance with Bank and regulatory requirements. Complete stop payments in accordance with Bank and regulatory requirements.
Performs other duties as assigned. Required Education, Experience, and Skills High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Interpersonal skills to represent the Bank in a positive way in dealing with customers and other employees. Cash handling accuracy.
