Advise financial sponsor and private-equity clients throughout the lifecycle of their investments, from target idea generation to deal execution and exit. Develop Confidential Information Memorandums, Lender Presentations
(Public Presentations and Private Supplements), Investment Teasers, Committee Documents and Sales Presentations. Maintain client relationships and negotiations with financial sponsor and private equity clients.
Assist Seniors Bankers in overseeing project management both externally with clients and internally with the firm and among deal teams, ensuring workstreams are on track to be delivered correctly and on time. Lead both onboarding and ongoing training of Investment Banking Analysts on the team. QUALIFICATIONS: Minimum education and experience required: Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Analytics, Finance or related field of study plus 3 (three) years of experience in the
job offered or as Investment Banking Associate, Financial Analyst, or related occupation.
Skills Required: Requires experience in the following: financial analysis and interpretation of businesses' financial statements including Income Statements, Balance Sheets, Cash Flow Statements and Compliance Certificates; financial modeling including Merger models, Leveraged Buyout models, and Discounted Cash Flow analysis; experience running Investment Banking transactions throughout the full lifecycle of a private equity firms' ownership of a company; Mergers & Acquisitions, including buy-side advisory, sell-side advisory, and strategic alternatives processes; Debt Capital Markets, including raising leveraged loans and high yield bonds to finance Lever-aged Buyouts, and add-on M&A transactions; Equity Capital Markets, including raising equity capital through Initial Public Offerings and Follow-On Offerings; conducting due diligence and financial analysis for businesses across various industry coverage groups, including: consumer and retail, diversified industries, energy and power, financial institutions, healthcare, real estate and lodging, technology, and media and communications; Microsoft Excel; Microsoft Powerpoint; Microsoft Word; and Bloomberg.
