activities, providing excellent member service, responding to credit union product/service questions and other daily support needs. Primary: Screens and directs incoming phone calls to appropriate personnel/department. Greets members and queries to determine proper guidance or assistance needed.
Supports front desk coverage during daily lunch periods and operational gaps. Responds to member inquires and requests regarding account activities, histories, or functionalities. Assists members with account logins for Online Banking, Card Valet, and Mobile Banking apps. Coordinates and assists other departments associated with and/or related to member folders. Ability to accurately complete
any necessary member file maintenance or changes to an account, as needed/required. Runs errands and makes deliveries around the office or to external parties. Cross-sell all credit union products, services and promote a positive and friendly work environment.
