Job Description Corporate & Institutional Banking (C&IB) Undergraduate Intern – Agency Finance As a PNC Intern, you will participate in a " best-in-class" internship program. The Agency Finance track of our C&IB Summer Internship Program enables interns to explore various aspects of the Multifamily Finance industry through PNC’s Fannie Mae DUS, Freddie Mac Optigo, and FHA lending platforms. In addition to agency lending, we offer construction, bridge, and permanent financing through our balance sheet. This suite of products allows us to provide comprehensive financing
solutions to our customers Nationwide. Interns will work directly with the Relationship Team and senior management to support daily operations related to underwriting (portfolio administration, periodic reviews, due diligence reviews, loan documentation and fulfillment) and sales functions (pre-call planning, client research, pre-screen, relationship reviews, and loan structuring).
Upon completion, interns will recognize the importance each of these functions have on the deal-making process.
