Qualifications: 1-3 years of experience working in a face-to-face customer service role is preferred, banking experience is a plus Must be dependable Must possess excellent communication skills. Consultative skills to identify a client's financial needs. In addition, must be able to communicate with customers well on a daily basis face-to-face or by telephone. Proficient in the
use of technology (Microsoft Office, online banking, apps, etc.
) Must demonstrate our core values of Integrity, Value, Service Excellence, & Teamwork. Ability to work well with others and in a team environment, and assist other departments as needed Maintain accuracy by remaining detail focused consistently, and have the ability to organize efficiently Schedule: Preferred schedule would be two to three days during the week and Saturdays from 8:00am-12:00om.
