Job Summary Performs general, preventative, and supportive maintenance involved in painting wall and ceiling surfaces and structures
within the university. Assists technicians, and/or plumbers on emergency and corrective maintenance. Responsibilities KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Performs general painting needs for University 2.
Prepares paint surfaces by washing and patching holes 3. Mixes, matches and applies paint to walls, trims, rails, etc. 4. Assists other technicians on emergency and corrective maintenance 5.
