Work directly with Product Marketing Managers to develop new product support content, like Help Center articles, chatbot replies, and “ how to” videos. Review and edit internal and external content created by Product Marketing Managers to ensure they are plainly written, jargon-free, and follow any required style guides and standards.
Maintain various content databases ensuring they are always up-to-date and looking for ways to improve the efficiency of content storage. practical Experience At least 2 years of professional writing experience. A portfolio with writing samples. Familiarity with paid social media marketing, e Commerce, and digital advertising.
Experience working with ad platforms or other advertising products. Ability to manage multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment. Ability to build relationships with various stakeholders across different departments. Ability to take/ask for feedback and integrate proactively to make continuous improvements.
