We are seeking an experienced Senior Content Editor to lead our content team in developing, creating, and publishing high-quality content that engages our audience and supports our company's goals. The ideal candidate has a passion for writing and editing, is detail-oriented, and can manage a team to deliver excellent results. This is a full-time position. Salary will be commensurate with experience and qualifications.

Responsibilities: • Develop and execute a content strategy that supports the company's goals and objectives. • Manage a team of content creators, including writers, editors, and freelancers. • Oversee the content creation process, including ideation, research, writing, and editing. • Ensure that all content is of the highest quality, adheres to brand guidelines, and meets the needs of our target audience. • Edit and proofread all content to ensure accuracy, grammar, and consistency. • Collaborate with the marketing,

social media, and design teams to ensure that all content is optimized for distribution and engagement.

• Use analytics and feedback to measure the effectiveness of our content and adjust our strategy as needed. • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices in content creation. Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Communications, or a related field. • 5+ years of experience in content creation, including writing, editing, and managing a team. • Excellent writing and editing skills, with strong attention to detail. • Knowledge of SEO and content marketing best practices. • Experience using content management systems and social media platforms.

• Strong project management and organizational skills. • Ability to lead and mentor a team of content creators. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
