role of Social Media Coordinator This is a remote, W2 position with merit-based raises and opportunities to advance within the company. All candidates must be eligible to work in the US and provide documentation as required by law for the I9 and E-Verify systems.

Additionally, you will need to be available to work at least 15 hours per week. Required Technical Skills: 2 years of experience and demonstrated competency with content creation for Google Profiles, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Linked In, Pinterest, and You Tube. Content Calendars Canva for both social media and blog images. Understanding of social media metrics per platform; ability to monitor and analyze results as well as

incorporate recommendations into content strategy from metrics. Buffer, Hootsuite, Meta Business posting platforms. Intermediate skills in Microsoft Suite of products.

Other Required Skills Professional communication via phone, email, text, and other messaging apps. Ability to work within provided time allotments and meet project deadlines. Ability to identify brand voice and audience and incorporate that understanding into marketing strategies that are executed through social media.  This includes understanding the client's goal of their social media, hashtag strategy, timing of posts, and other best practices. Ability to create and manage social posts, Instagram Stories, Reels, short

bite videos, and Instagram highlights. Key Responsibilities: Content writing that reflects the client's persona and voice, as well as establish messaging and brand.

Assets may include social media posts, marketing and educational emails, editorial content calendars, blogs, reports and recommendations. Create images that accompany the copy for social media or blog posts. Align social media strategy with overall business goals. Assists with concepts and marketing strategies. Ensure the efficient and successful execution of marketing strategies. Create monthly content calendars and maintain the content creation cycle to deliver on time. Adhere to all internal QA protocols prior to delivery of assets.

Remain current on popular technologies and trends in social media, email marketing, design tools, and applications.
