Job Overview As a seasoned design professional with a passion for innovation and excellence, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our brand narratives and creating desire for our products and services. As a hands-on designer

and animator, you will initiate and create breakthrough motion design that will bring our editorial and promotional content to life across all channels including site experience, app, broadcast, online video and in-store screens.

Your role as a curious and innovative creative will involve pushing creative boundaries, staying on top of industry trends, and fostering healthy debate to challenge the status quo. Collaboration is key, as you'll be working primarily with copy partners, video editors & leaders from Creative, Digital Experience, Marketing Activation, Project Management, Production and Photo Studio teams. Responsibilities Initiates and develops concepts for innovation projects

and campaigns, focusing on unique and compelling visual solutions Independently leads innovation projects from briefing to conceptualization and execution Crafts creative pitches to effectively articulate ideas, gaining support and alignment from leadership Collaborates with copywriters and other creatives to align on strategy & approach Independently researches to drive innovation, staying on top of the latest motion design trends Applies a deep understanding of design systems, grids, color, typography, and photography to deliver clear and powerful messages Ensures all creative work meets brand identity guidelines, reflects our customer's diversity as well as design and fashion trends, and is grounded in an ongoing awareness of our competition.

6+ years of experience in motion design at an agency or brand Strong portfolio of work that demonstrates skill in motion design, animation, typography, design and advertising communications excellence Retail experience preferred, but not required Expert in Adobe Creative Suite - After Effects, Premiere, Photoshop, Illustrator. Experience with digital product animation.
