they do. As a Senior Art Director at Shark Ninja's Irvine Production Agency, you will lead our creative team on long-form broadcast projects and select short forms. You will be at the forefront, crafting visually stunning motion graphic packages that captivate audiences in a competitive marketplace.

Your role is to take ownership of transforming our clients' visions into dynamic and imaginative motion graphics and animations that align with their brand identities, goals, and existing visual executions. Additionally, you will immerse yourself in product details, key messaging, demographics, and the competitive marketplace to develop a deep understanding. KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Creative Leadership: Spearhead the artistic direction and motion graphic package for long-form and select short-form video ads, collaborating closely with internal clients and teams to develop concepts and strategies.

Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of talented artists, including motion graphic artists, 3D animators, and video editors, to ensure the highest quality output and adherence to project timelines. Concept Development: Collaborate on the creation of creative concepts, presentations, storyboards, and animatics for promotional videos, product demonstrations, and advertising campaigns. Motion Graphics Expertise: Utilize industry-standard software and tools to create compelling

motion graphics, visual effects, and animations, enhancing the overall appeal of our videos.

Trend Awareness: Keep a close eye on industry trends and emerging technologies, ensuring that our motion graphics executions and techniques remain cutting-edge and effectively complement the launch of new products within our brands. Project Management: Work with producers and project managers to ensure the team produces content that meets our standards within our timeline. Pivot and communicate plans, strategies, and concerns as needed. This may require replacing key team members and negotiating scope changes. ATTRIBUTES & SKILLS: Must be enthusiastic about leading the charge, rallying your team around a vision, and having a clear point of view.

This skill will ultimately lead you to elevate to an Associate Creative Director within the agency quickly. Demonstrated leadership abilities across everything from hands-on creative execution that you present to the client, to directing a team of creatives through the job and across the finish line. Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field. Proven experience in a similar role with a strong portfolio showcasing broadcast motion graphic packages. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, After Effects, Cinema 4D, and other industry-standard software.

Strong communication, project management, and client management skills. A deep passion for storytelling through motion graphics and graphic design.
