Ability to work independently, coordinate and facilitate solutions and analyze and resolve any issues that may arise. Attention to detail. Familiar with work order systems. Responsibilities: Incumbents will be responsible for all assigned work orders related to painting and related tasks.
They will be able to use all associated tools with minimum supervision and direction. Be self motivated and work independently. Incumbents must be able to work on building roofs, in man lifts, and ladders and be familiar with applicable safety procedures and be committed to comply.
