project's requirements --- Create detailed customer facing drawing packages using Auto CAD 2D in Architectural format --- Prepare and calculate detailed takeoffs for custom parts using Excel and CAD 2D --- Perform self-reviews of created drawings and takeoffs --- Take meticulous notes during design process to present to Supervisor upon review --- Revise drawings and takeoffs as directed by customer or Supervisor --- Provide feedback and suggestions regarding best practices to Supervisor for continuous improvement --- Assist Team as needed to meet deadlines and create new efficiencies QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS--- Proven work experience with Auto CAD 2D --- Good math and analytical
skills --- Previous experience in design takeoffs of moderately complex projects --- Demonstrated ability to read and understand Engineering prints and layouts --- Ability to accurately extract and interpret details in creating technical drawings --- Knowledge of drafting principles, techniques and methods --- Ability to create and modify 2D drawings with a high level of accuracy --- Proficiency with Office products: Excel, Word & Outlook --- Strong professional verbal and written communication skills --- Must be highly organized, efficient and able to work independently PREFERRED SKILLS --- Basic PV Systems knowledge and design
