Job Description Olsson Studio delivers a boutique creative design experience to our clients and our people, backed by the expertise and resources of our whole company. As a Senior Landscape Architect within our Plano Studio, you will provide overall design and technical support to the team. The senior landscape architect leads or acts as an advisor
on complex projects. The senior landscape architect will provide project management and will also mentor staff on the team. Additional Responsibilities: Often serves as lead staff member on complex projects, and provides high-level design.
Elevates the level of expertise within the team through design leadership, mentoring, and training. Leads the effort for putting together resources for the team and its projects. May supervise/direct professionals and staff in the design approach to meet other project requirements. Reviews contracts with support of administration.
